John Myers attended undergraduate school at Vanderbilt University (B.E.M.E. 1968), the University of New Mexico Law School (J.D. summa cum laude 1974), and Harvard Law School (L.L.M. in Taxation and Property law, with honors, 1975). From January 1, 1977 until July, 1979, Mr. Myers was the director of the City of Albuquerque Legal Department, Real Estate Division. Since 1979, he has been in private practice, principally as a transactional lawyer, involving financing, sale, purchase, leasing and development of commercial real estate. He has a particular emphasis on land use and real estate development matters. Mr. Myers is an adjunct professor of property law at the University of New Mexico law school. Mr. Myers has served as the President of the Albuquerque Bar Association. He has been named in Best Lawyers in America since 1987, has been named as one of the leading real estate lawyers in New Mexico by the Chambers USA publication since 2003, and has been named as one of the top 25 lawyers in New Mexico by the Southwest Super Lawyers publication. Best Lawyers in America named Mr. Myers the 2009 New Mexico real estate lawyer of the year.

Scott Oliver obtained an undergraduate degree (B.A.) from the University of New Mexico in 1970, and his law degree from the University of Houston in 1972 (J.D.). Mr. Oliver has a broad based practice, with a substantial emphasis on real estate litigation, including foreclosures, quiet title actions, condemnations, title and boundaries, probate and defense of title insureds. He has been named in Best Lawyers in America since 2007, and was named in the Southwest Super Lawyers publication in 2009.

Kevin McCready attended the University of Delaware (B.A. with high honors, Phi Beta Kappa, 1979), and Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley (J.D. 1984). In 1983, he served as a judicial extern to the United States District Court, Central District of California. Mr. McCready's practice has focused on commercial and real estate transactional work, including substantial experience in condominium formation, business entity formation and representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate loan transactions.

Hope Wynn is a 1988 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D.) and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A.). She obtained her undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1982 (B.A.). She practiced for one year in the Oh-Ebashi Law Office in Osaka, Japan, handling international commercial transactions, for one year as an associate with Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc., investment bankers in New York City, and has been in private practice since then. Her practice is primarily in commercial real estate, representing both developers and lenders in all areas of real estate transactions, development and finance.

Charles Price is a 1968 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (B.S.) and served in the U.S. Air Force as an aeronautical engineer from 1968 to 1972. He graduated from the University of New Mexico Law School in 1976. His practice has included the representation of real estate investors, developers and lenders in all aspects of development, including land acquisition and sales, loan documentation and negotiation, land use planning, designing homeowners' associations and covenants, commercial lease negotiations, loan foreclosures and workouts. Mr. Price currently serves as a member of the City of Albuquerque Landmarks and Urban Conservation Commission. He is also a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1987, and is named as a leading real estate lawyer in New Mexico by the Chambers USA publication.

Floyd Wilson is a 1974 graduate, cum laude, of Harvard Law School. He received his B.A. with distinction, from University of New Mexico in 1971. He has been in private practice since 1974, emphasizing insurance coverage, commercial litigation, construction litigation and eminent domain. He was admitted to the bar in 1974 (New Mexico and U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit), in 1980 (U. S. Supreme Court) and in 1989 (Colorado).

J. Matt Myers graduated from the University of New Mexico Law School and was admitted to practice law in New Mexico in 2006.  He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico in 1999 (B.S./Biology).  He clerked with the City of Albuquerque Legal Department, Real Property Division, in 2005.  His practice areas include land use planning, with an emphasis in administrative appeals, and commercial landlord tenant matters.
