Charles Price is a 1968 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (B.S.) and served in the U.S. Air Force as an aeronautical engineer from 1968 to 1972. He graduated from the University of New Mexico Law School in 1976. His practice has included the representation of real estate investors, developers and lenders in all aspects of development, including land acquisition and sales, loan documentation and negotiation, land use planning, designing homeowners' associations and covenants, commercial lease negotiations, loan foreclosures and workouts. Mr. Price currently serves as a member of the City of Albuquerque Landmarks and Urban Conservation Commission. He is also a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1987, and is named as a leading real estate lawyer in New Mexico by the Chambers USA publication.
